Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to start a return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@softsithinmode.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

United States – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the United States, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction
