We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping times and delivery services may vary depending on your location and order volume.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, sales, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Orders placed after 6 PM (PT) will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

There are no hidden fees at checkout for standard delivery.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs checks, or severe weather conditions.

We are unable to deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Certain restricted or remote areas

6. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refused delivery

The package may be returned to us.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
